Our Philosophy
Do you have favorite family photos that you would like to preserve and share? At Film-Web,
we believe that photography is not just about capturing a moment, but about telling a story.
We will scan your film and prints, providing you with a USB drive or DVD disc of your images
to enjoy and share with family.
Our Approach
We will scan 35mm/120mm/220mm/620mm negatives/slides at a very high 16 Megapixel resolution affording
you the opportunity to capture all of the detail contained in your negatives/slides.
Photographic Prints are scanned at 300 dpi making for a high-resolution digital file you
can use for printing or publishing online.

+ Quantity of media ordered must be large enough to hold your digital files.
1 Only home made DVDs can be converted. We will NOT convert theatrical copyright protected movies.
2 Only non-sound 8mm and Super 8mm films can be converted.
3 Ensure that you have the correct type of drive to read this type of media.
* All return shipments are via USPS Priority Mail.
Note:
When estimating how many images will fit on a storage media it is
difficult to determine an exact file size as the images are saved in
the best quality JPEG format and the compression will depend on the
scene content and color mode (greyscale/color). As a rule of thumb
we suggest that you estimate 10 MB per image, although most may be
below that threshold.
Ordering Instructions
Remove any photographic prints from album pages or sleeves, only loose photos up to 8”x10” can be scanned. Send package of prints and/or film to us with a check to cover the amount based on the above pricing list.Once your check has cleared we will scan your images and return them to you via USPS Priority Mail.
Please ensure that you package items carefully so that they are not damaged in transit.
Provide mailing and e-mail addresses, and telephone number. Should there be any issue with the receipt of your items to us they will be photographed to provide proof of any delivery damage. We will keep you apprised by e-mail as your order progresses through our system.
If determined costs do not match up with the correct scan quantities, mailing costs or return media type we will advise you before proceeding with your order.
